String hoppers, also known as idiappam, are thin, steamed rice noodles that are typically served with coconut sambol and curry. One of the best things about string hoppers is their versatility. You can pair them with spicy curries, coconut sambol. The dish is light, gluten free, and incredibly satisfying.
